MMG Equity Partners’ retail shopping center in Pinecrest, Pinecrest Shoppes, will be the new home of MisterO1 Extraordinary Pizza. The 2,730-square-foot, newly renovated space (formerly occupied by Mayweather Fit) required a full build-out. Danny Pou, a broker from Horizon Properties, represented MMG Equity Partners with the lease.
Pinecrest Shoppes is located in Miami-Dade’s busiest retail corridor. Its affluent and densely populated trade area includes some of Miami-Dade’s most prestigious suburban communities such as Pinecrest, Coral Gables and South Miami. Pinecrest Shoppes recently underwent a significant renovations in 2021 to enhance it’s curbside appeal and tenant mix. Additional retail tenants in Pinecrest Shoppes currently include Old Bull Athletics, Scenthound, and Pinecrest Family Dentist.
The Pinecrest neighborhood where Pinecrest Shoppes is located is a lively, vibrant area with many families, top-notch schools, and a consistent demand for diverse offerings of restaurants.
Information About MisterO1 Extraordinary Pizza
MisterO1 Pizza is a modern, trendy pizzeria and it will occupy a newly renovated space in Pinecrest Shoppes at 11665 S. Dixie Hwy. The Pinecrest lease will bring its footprint to the area along with other Miami-Dade MisterO1 locations, such as Aventura, Pinecrest, Bay Harbor Islands, Brickell, Coconut Grove, South Beach and Wynwood. The company has 17 existing locations (this will be their 18th) in the U.S., including locations in Texas, as well as a location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It also has additional coming franchisees opening locations soon throughout Florida and Texas.
Michelle Gonzalez, licensed broker for First Realty, a family-owned boutique real estate firm specializing in commercial, luxury, and residential properties, recently inked a new 10-year lease for MisterO1 Extraordinary Pizza in Pinecrest. The location is set to open in June 2024.

Gonzalez founded First Realty with her husband Kevin Gonzalez in 2006. She also brokered other leases for MisterO1’s locations in Miramar, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Aventura, Boca Raton and Downtown Doral.
