TAMARACK, Idaho (October 11, 2021) — Tamarack Resort, a four-season resort located 90 miles north of Boise, today announced that Imperium Blue, a partnership of families, has sold their interests to existing partner MMG Equity Partners.
Tamarack Resort, owned by Imperium Blue and MMG, acquired the resort in November of 2018, ten years after the resort initially failed in the global financial crisis. Today, Tamarack Resort is thriving, with The Village at Tamarack almost complete, commercial concepts open and operating, and the first phase of the village condos sold and a second phase being delivered this winter.
“We are immensely proud of what the entire team has accomplished over the past three years at Tamarack Resort and remain very excited about what lies ahead for the future of Tamarack” said Kyle Mowitz of Imperium Blue.
“Our additional investment into Tamarack underscores our family’s commitment to the resort. We continue to move forward on all of the initiatives that have previously been outlined by the partnership including expanding the resort, reopening the Osprey Meadows Golf Course, the addition of the Marina on Lake Cascade and the addition of a hotel within the resort.” said Gabriel Navarro from MMG.
Scott Turlington, President of Tamarack Resort, added “The progress made by this partnership since the resort was acquired has been nothing short of remarkable. I look forward to continuing to execute on our plan and vision.”
