In Q3 we saw continued expansion of national retailers in restaurant, grocery, off-priced retail, and service sectors. We expect leasing activity to remain strong in these sectors for the remainder of 2019 and into 2020.”

South Florida Retail Leases Q1 2019
It’s not just the quantity of leases, but also the quality of the spaces leased and the size that were notable during Q1 2019. Several leases on the list include spaces that are well over 40,000 square feet.
Some big brand tenants that inked leases in South Florida during Q1 2019 include: Publix, Burlington, Denny’s, Michaels, Lucky’s Market, and several major fitness companies, such as Orange Theory, Youfit, and UFC Fitness.
