MMG will consider investing to recapitalize a project for reasons including: funding construction, refinancing existing debt, retiring existing debt, buying out partners, etc.
03
Bankruptcy sales
MMG has taken part in bankruptcy sales, whether as the stalking horse bidder or not. Please reach out if you are working on a bankruptcy sale through a trustee.
04
Note purchases
MMG is frequent Buyer of both performing and non-performing loans, either marketed or not, directly from a multitude of lenders.
05
Short-sales
MMG will consider purchasing properties whereby the Seller has negotiated with the bank to sell the property at less than the value of the existing note and mortgage.
