Jessica brings extensive commercial real estate experience managing and supporting national portfolios across multiple markets. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with ownership, leasing, property management, accounting, legal teams, and tenants, with responsibilities spanning lease analysis, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, due diligence, critical-date management, financial review, and operational process improvement.
Her experience overseeing complex, geographically diverse portfolios has given her a broad perspective on both property-level operations and portfolio-wide strategy. She brings a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach to identifying issues, improving processes, and supporting long-term asset value.
