In his current role at MMG, Michael is responsible for Asset Management and Leasing across MMG’s South Florida portfolio. He oversees portfolio performance, tenant negotiations, lease structuring, property-level operations, and shopping center capital improvements.
In addition to portfolio oversight, Michael develops and maintains MMG’s advanced financial underwriting and asset-level performance models, including large-scale mixed-use and resort modeling such as Tamarack Resort.
Prior to joining MMG, Michael held cross-functional leadership roles at Navarro Discount Pharmacies, overseeing store operations, finance, procurement, merchandising, and loss prevention. Following the sale of Navarro to CVS Health, he spent five years at Carnival Cruise Line leading shipboard operations analytics, where he developed performance models used to optimize fleet-wide operations.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is married with two children.
