In his current role at MMG, Luis is responsible for sourcing & screening investment opportunities via comprehensive acquisition and development modeling and underwriting, evaluating joint venture strategies, and executing on the business plan for assets post-closing.
Prior to MMG, Luis was on the South Florida capital markets team of a large multinational real estate brokerage organization. He actively participated in the placement of over a billion dollars in capital during his tenure through the sourcing, underwriting, financing, and marketing of properties for clients. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking in New York for a large national firm.
Luis graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in Economics. He later received a Master’s in Applied Economics from Florida State and was the recipient of the Kaul Scholarship.
